Justin Shiong is a dynamic individual with a passion for discovering the intricacies of the world around him. Whether he’s diving into the complexities of business and finance, he approaches every challenge with curiosity and determination. Beyond his professional pursuits, Justin is known for his genuine interest in connecting with others and building meaningful relationships.

Almost 20 years in banking

Justin worked across Australian residential and corporate lending before he ever thought about virtual assistants, through multiple rounds of industry policy changes. He’s worked in National Australia Bank, Bank of Melbourne, and Westpac before eventually developing his own financial brokerage company.

Built his own brokerage from scratch

He founded Oscar & Charles Finance Group, which has since helped more than 4,200 customers secure the right home and business finance.

Why we started the Company

At our core, we are mortgage brokers driven by a passion for the financial industry and a commitment to excellence. Where are your virtual assistants based?

Our Virtual Assistants are stationed in the Philippines. And since the Philippines almost has the same time zone as Australia, our assistants work Australian hours. So you can still get full-day coverage without the overhead cost difference of a local hire.

What industries do you work with?
