We’ve walked the path you’re on, witnessing the growth of our finance broking companies firsthand. As workloads intensified, we found ourselves caught in a delicate balancing act. Keeping our heads above water while striving to work both in and on the business.

The assistant we received lacked proper training, leaving us frustrated and drained. Despite our best efforts to provide guidance, we faced five months of inefficiency and unnecessary expenses.

What We Aspire To Do

With every high rise building you see in the Manila skyline, you don’t take too much notice of the buildings on the ground level when you first look at this image. We recognise that there are talented individuals that normally will not ever have the chance to shine due to their economic background and where they live. We recognise that we are very fortunate to live in Australia and we strive to be an exceptional employer to our staff members and whilst the Philippines is a beautiful country, like any country there’s area’s that are home to less fortunate.

At We Do Virtual Assistants, we have created what we call the Wedoship. It’s a scholarship to help with school and train a young person from underprivileged backgrounds, providing them with an opportunity to learn, grow, and secure a position in our company. Our goal is to uplift them and their immediate family, giving them a better life.

Justin Shiong is a dynamic individual with a passion for discovering the intricacies of the world around him. Whether he’s diving into the complexities of business and finance, he approaches every challenge with curiosity and determination. Beyond his professional pursuits, Justin is known for his genuine interest in connecting with others and building meaningful relationships.
As a business owner of a successful Finance Broking company, experiencing time management issues and recognizing the need for support, I engaged a virtual assistant company, investing time and resources to find the right solution. However, reality hit hard. The assistant we received lacked and received no proper training, leaving me frustrated and drained. Despite my best efforts to provide guidance, we faced five months of inefficiency and unnecessary expenses. This sparked the need to create and provide a different service tailored VA experience.

VIXTRO is a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specialist that includes solutions for businesses wanting to securely and centrally manage passwords and sensitive information between employees and providing enterprise security solutions.
